Quilted mattress protectors are our specialty. They are also known as mattress pads, mattress covers with zip etc. They are quilted with latest model quilting machines.
They are made with woven fabric at top/bottom/ skirt. Some are made with woven fabric at top and non-woven fabric at bottom. The skirt is also The normal filling for mattress protectors is 70gsm, 80gsm, 100gsm, 120gsm, 140gsm depending on the buyer requirement .It is normally 2.5 OZ per square yard to 5OZ per square yard.
The fabric used is 126TC, 132TC, 144TC, 180TC Percale commonly.
Another item used with the mattress protectors is pillow protectors.
